Find Your WHY

With Start with Why, Simon started a movement to inspire people to do the things that inspire them. Millions of people now understand the concept of the Golden Circle. Find Your Why is designed to help those inspired by the message find their WHY and bring it to life in both their careers and organizations.

Why I Wrote This

After I wrote Start with WHY, the biggest criticism I got was that I made a solid case for the existence of the WHY, but didn’t share how to find it. So, a few years later, I put out Find Your WHY as a self-guided workbook to help individuals, teams, or small businesses find their WHY. The best part? It really works!!!

FAQs

Simon wrote Start with WHY before he wrote Find Your WHY. Start with WHY takes more of an overarching, conceptual look at the importance of finding your greater purpose, whereas Find Your WHY is a companion guide that gives you practical steps on how to find it.

For the deepest understanding of Simon’s work with The Golden Circle, we recommend reading Start with WHY first to gain more context into what the WHY is and why it is so important. That way, you can follow up with Find Your WHY with a better grasp of what it is you are trying to find.

The Friend’s exercise is a free and fun activity Simon encourages you to complete with your friends. The goal in doing this exercise is to gain a little more clarity in the way that your friends see you, and hopefully can validate your sense of WHY in the process. You can check it out HERE.

We have a few supplemental resources that were previously mentioned in the book as a link. You can find those resources HERE .

Everything Simon does is to propel the Help Others Industry into existence. We suppose Find Your WHY could be categorized as a self-help book, but Simon wrote it with the intention that if you were to help yourself and find your WHY, you would then be better equipped to help others in a way that aligns with who you are at your natural best.

A spark is something quite small and, by itself, not very powerful. But a spark has the ability to ignite. An idea is like a spark; alone it is just a set of words, but it too can ignite. A great idea can inspire others to dream bigger. Let us all work together to ignite something greater than ourselves.

Let us all be a Spark of Optimism.
