Kristen imagines a world in which all organizations have cultures that empower people to climb toward the best version of themselves every day. Over the last eight years, Kristen has challenged the millennial status quo.

As the leader of Student Maid, a successful cleaning company that hires students, Kristen has a unique perspective on leadership, organizational culture and how to engage the next generation.


In Kristen's first book, Permission To Screw Up, she tells stories about her biggest mistakes in leadership in hopes of inspiring other leaders to share their "perfectly imperfect" stories of success.

After working with Kristen and implementing some of her recommendations we’ve seen great results. Initially, we were ranked 23 out of 24 for larger operators on Speed of Service and on an Overall Scorecard. Last month we were #1 in the nation in SOS and top #5 in the nation overall!
