We began to hear a lot of “excuses” from all levels of our company around Millennials. We even started a culture where if you used the word Millennial it was a negative reference about someone. Initially, we were ranked 23 out of 24 for larger operators on Speed of Service and on an Overall Scorecard. Last month we were #1 in the nation in SOS and top #5 in the nation overall!
